Light purple color with lovely aromas of plum, blackberries, blueberries and fresh earth intermingled with subtle floral and spice notes. The palate is soft, yet concentrated with fine, supple tannins and a clean, refreshing acidity that complement the added notes of black cherry, red plum, licorice and almond, all of which lead into a bright and refreshing finish.

An excellent representation of the easy drinkability of Dolcetto, as well as the versatility it shows on the dinner table: enjoy with pizza, pasta, assorted cheeses, salumi, sausages, meatballs, grilled vegetables, sandwiches or pretty much whatever you feel like eating.
