Tan cloth, stamped in red on the front cover and spine, and with the required publisher’s logo on the copyright page. In a pink, black, and white dust jacket in the scarce first issue, which has the publisher’s sales copy while the more common second issue features reviews. Trivial wear to spine tips, a bookplate inside front cover, and a penciled ownership signature on the front free endpaper, dated June 1927. The red publisher’s logo on the spine of the dust jacket has sunned, there are two short, closed tears with creases on the front panel, and minor wear to spine tips and corners.
